THE MEANING BEHIND OUR NAME
καινός
kainós · new · fresh
A name with purpose.
Our name comes from the Greek word καινός (kainós), meaning “new” or “fresh”.
For us, it reflects a fresh start: a new website, a clearer direction for an existing one, or a practical approach to your IT support.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Jeorge.
I’m Jeorge Jemenia, founder of Kainos Creatives. I’ve been building websites as a freelancer since 2012, alongside a career in IT that now spans 17 years.
My journey began in the Philippines, then Bangkok, Thailand, continued in Singapore and has brought me to Leeds, UK. Along the way, I’ve combined website design and development with the practical experience of keeping technology working for the people who rely on it.
For me, a project is about more than getting a website online. It’s about understanding the person and business behind it, communicating clearly and building a relationship that lasts. I’m still in touch with clients I first worked with in 2012.
That’s the approach I bring to Kainos: thoughtful design, practical technical support and a direct relationship with the person doing the work—from the first conversation to the support you need after launch.

WHY KAINOS EXISTS

Kainos was chosen as a name for a simple reason: when you need a new website or a fresh approach to your technology, we want to be the company you can turn to.
That might mean building your first website, improving one that no longer reflects your business, developing functionality around the way you work, or helping you look after the systems you already use.
A fresh approach does not always mean starting again. Sometimes it means understanding what is already there and finding a better way forward.
